Just a suggestion…
If you’re a fan of Brandon’s or Dylan’s, you might want to keep an eye on http://espresso.repubblica.it/. It’s a great magazine. They do great articles. Sometimes, they even have wonderful exclusive pictures. 😉

Awesome, Can’t wait! 🙂

I see no Dylan Dog pictures on that site, man…

Patience, young jedi…

Patience is not something I have much of…so I’ve been told on the freeway in rush hour….thanks for the update anyway as always.

I have no patience. 😦

These will be worth the wait, especially for you two. 🙂

“These will be worth the wait, especially for you two.”
Hey, don’t forget about me. 😉
BTW, I friend of mine and I were commenting on how awesome and cinematic “Memories from the Invisible World” really is. He, like me, are complete newbies in the DYD comics, and we think is such an awesome character & mythos. So much potential for a very interesting movie franchise. 😉

Whatever do you mean by that Mister Deadofnightmovie. 😛
Will you give us another heads up. I can’t read Italian. 😦

Worth the wait, you say? 🙂 This Friday I had a two hour radio special about Dylan Dog, which went quite nicely and I’ve uploaded the summary and playlist on my blog.

Gotta brush up on my Espaniol for this.
June 14, 2009 at 7:08 pm
Vger, I just meant that there are some on here that appreciate one of our actors more than others. 🙂 And I’ll definitely give everyone another heads up when it’s on there.
June 14, 2009 at 11:58 pm
Ha Ha, 😀 I knew that. 😉 You just didn’t hear my fake southern inflection proclaiming fake offense. (Picture: Golden Girl Blanche trying to be Coy) 😀
You are also right about several of us appreciating one of your actors more than others might. Ahem. We’ve seen him in action and want to see him back up on the big screen, the sooner the better. We may be new to the world of Dylan Dog but this looks like a really fun movie and we can’t wait to see it.

Still nothing on the website. Do I have to check the printed magazine?
June 19, 2009 at 4:50 pm
It is supposed to be up today, Anto.
June 21, 2009 at 8:24 am
Okay, it’s in the printed magazine. Two new photos, a small (2 page) and nice article.
The couple of things worth mentioning is that they say a Spring 2010 release date is planned (at least in Italy, even though they don’t mention the distributor) and that there will be a movie adaptation done together with Bonelli.

The article is now online, without the new photos.

They have the old ones instead.

Uh-oh.
After reading the interview in L’espresso (http://espresso.repubblica.it/dettaglio/dylan-dog-lamericano/2102613&ref=hpsp), I think that this film will not be representative of the Dylan Dog comic books.
Italian fans (myself included) may be disappointed. Too bad. I guess it will be like some kin of Paola Barbato’s goofy take on DYD’s parallel future. Hm. Time will tell.
(Sorry for my bad English.)
